What is in a name?

So a customer named Ursula came in today which prompted an in depth conversation with our own Ursula on the popularity and origin of her name. This conversation and the new person in our presence prompted me to begin this brief, probably entirely inaccurate, catalog of area employee names and meanings, just for kicks.

Jesselyn-couldn't find but I would guess is connected in origin to Jessica.

Kit & Lili

My favorite onesies and rompers at Area Kids are made by Kit & Lili. Not only are the patterns very modern, but the designs of the onesies look like they were made to mold around baby's body perfectly.



The sunsuits are my absolute favorite; specifically the apple or fish print. (I couldn't find a photo). Look how cute and happy babies look sporting Kit & Lili!

An Heir to the Area Kids Throne!!!

Congratulations Loretta on the birth of your little baby boy!!!!

Loretta had her baby last night around 4:30! He is adorable! Just thought I would let all of you know!

Renovations are Fabulous!

It is my first time stepping into the Area Kids Fifth Avenue store since Sunday, and it looks pretty awesome! There's even a new monitor for the computer!!! I hope every customer appreciates our extended counter space, now we can cater to more than one customer's wrapping needs at once. Also, I've measured the counter, and it seems we can qualify for the international "wrap off", maybe we can attempt to wrap four items at once :0) !!!! WOOWEE!!!
