These jellycat soft books are some of my favorite things we carry here at Area Kids. Are interactive, fun and colorful and they make animal sounds how cool! There would make the perfect stocking stuffer for any baby :)

The art of wrapping!!

During the Christmas season, we wrap lots of presents and you want them to look great so here are a few tips to help you be a proficient wrapper!!
1. square gifts are easy...
simply take one or two pieces of tissue and wrap them around the present, secure with one piece of tape
next fold in the corners at each end and secure each side with one piece of tap and voila!! beautifully wrapped present!!

2. oddly shaped presents are a little trickier...
i usually opt for the candy approach. wrap the tissue around as you would with a square or rectangular gift and then secure each side with a pice of ribbon.This option never fails and always looks beautiful!!

Come One Come All to the Jelly Cat Zoo!!

Here at Area Kids Court this morning, i am swiming in a sea of jelly cat awesomeness!!!

Feed the Friendly elephant some delicious peanuts, or cheese to a little mouse! Watch the monkeys swing from vine to vine and the bunnies hop high above your head! Talk with a duck or give an alligator a hug!! The possibilities are endless at the jellycat zoo!
