Customer of the Day

So today I wore my "Stink" necklace. It's a name necklace that says Stink. Both my sister and I have one. For some reason our nickname for each other is stink and I don't remember the last time we called each other by our real names. Anyways, a customer asked me if my necklace said stink. I gave him a similar story to the one I just wrote. He thought it was pretty funny and then called me stink when he left with his daughter. I don't know why but I found this amusing and couldn't help but smile. Maybe I could make a Stink jewelry line. But I'm guessing people wouldn't be to please to receive jewelry that said "stink" or "stinky" as a present!

Camo Style!

Babies in camouflage! How adorable!

And we have camouflage for toddlers too!

Until next time!

One Unlucky Weekend

So this weekend I had two family events planned. The first one was a baby shower from my cousin and the second was and old friend of the family 50th birthday party. I never really like going since I am always the only person there my age and all they talk about it the 'good ol' days' which I wasn't even born yet.

The bad new was my nose started bleeding for a good 3 mins which caused be to be lightheaded for a good while. Afterwards, I started coughing uncontrollably and to top it all off I ended up with a fever.

Needless to say, I had a very lousy weekend. Hopefully this weekend will be better since I have some more family events to go to!

I want to go for a ride.

Oh man!!!
I really feel like taking a ride.
I see all the kids riding their scooters and bikes and just feel like taking one of the ones that I have here and leave.
Just want to ride.

Monster Mash!

Mud Puppy makes these cool stylized magnetic dress up dolls and to my joy they came out with Monster Magnetic action figures. You can mix and match your monsters with various background scenes and body parts, you can make your own Frankenstein! How cool is that!? Just what you need to get into the Halloween spirit. I bought this same one and have it up on my fridge. Every time I come home from school or work I get to see on of my roommates new monster creations!

Let's go for a ride.

Great weather, Good energy, Great scooter.
Let's take a ride with the mini micro scooter.
So much fun.
For boys the blue and for the girls the pink.
Let's go.

Columbus Day.

From the Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia:

"Many countries in the New World and elsewhere celebrate the anniversary of Christopher Columbus's arrival in the Americas, which occurred on October 12, 1492 in the Julian calendarOctober 21, 1492 in the modern Gregorian calendar, as an official holiday. The day is celebrated as Columbus Day in the United States, as Día de la Raza (Day of the Race) in many countries in Latin America, as Día de las Culturas (Day of the Cultures) in Costa Rica, as Discovery Day in The Bahamas, as Día de la Hispanidad (Hispanic Day) and National Day in Spain, and as Día de la Resistencia Indígena (Day of Indigenous Resistance) in Venezuela.

Michael Berliner, of the Ayn Rand Institute, has defended celebration of Columbus Day, hailing the European conquest of North America and describing the indigenous culture as “a way of life dominated by fatalism, passivity, and magic.”[1] Western civilization, Berliner claimed, brought “reason, science, self-reliance, individualism, ambition, and productive achievement” to a people who were based in “primitivism, mysticism, and collectivism”, and to a land that was “sparsely inhabited, unused, and underdeveloped.”[2] "
