If I Only Had a Heart...

Anyone who has worked at 5th lately may have noticed a sad and dejected Cuddle Cub sitting off to the side of the desk. He doesn't look sad and dejected but he is on the inside because-thats right folks-he has a broken heart.
He won't go into details, he's one of these loyal but closed off types; always there for you when you can't sleep at night and need a good cuddle but keeps it all bottled up when he's feeling down. Not to worry though, I'm very sensitive and I notice these things. The nice people at Cloud B are rushing a replacement over as we speak, he'll be back to his lovable self in no time. Till then though, watch what you say around him, he's a little touchy these days.

I feel like I am in a maze.

I keep doing and doing and it looks like I can't find the way to end.

Fedex came today and delivered a lot of boxes.
The day before Jeff came, I was very happy because I needed a lot of toys from the TOY STORE.
I was pretty much cleaning all day, putting the boxes away, toys away, etc...
Around 4pm FEDEX came with a lot of boxes so I started all over again.
My store has garbage, boxes and boxes. It seems that I am never going to end.
But anyway that keeps me busy and I can also make my muscles stronger.
For all our loyal customers, come to the store we got new cool stuff.

Cuddle-Ability

Hello Area folk. Let's take a minute to talk about cuddle-ability. I had a somewhat heated debate this morning (only a few chairs were thrown) with a fellow Area Girl over the pros and cons of our different stuffed animals. She said that the small bla bla dolls were by far the cutest and most huggable of all.
I countered with the softness and adorability of the Jellycat animals.
Then later on this afternoon and I was taping up my battle wounds a customer came in and bought a small Flat Out flat bear. I think it wins hands-down in terms of softness, cuteness, and cuddle-ability. All hail the Flat Out flat bear! Hip hip hooray!

Appaman!

Holy cow I just got a load of new boxes from Appaman, and I have no idea where I'm going to put everything. People should run over and buy things (Court and Wyckoff) so I have some room on the shelves!

Cry No More

Since working here I've been asked a few times if we carry cooling teething toys that you can put in the fridge. Well now we do!!!!

Frustrated.

This morning (while listening to Chopin on 5th Avenue's fabulously functioning speakers) I opened a box of harmonicas and then I opened another box with a MD Piano inside (thanks again to Jeff) and I thought; well if Court st has half the instruments we have over here, myself and my fellow employees may never need speakers again!!!!! We totally have enough instruments for everyone, too many in fact to show. All we need to do is figure out who is gonna play what.
