This is the new teether by Vulli, a French company that makes our Sophie Giraffes :)They came out with this new teether that you can freeze! So the top ring is filled with water and when it freezes it causes a cool and hard sensation for baby's teething gum. It is great because the safe plastic handle is there to provide the grabbing area instead of those old school freezing rings where the entire ring was frozen. The baby's hand would freeze as well! So with the Vulli Cool it teether baby can chomp on the frozen ring on top while keeping its hand nice and warm :)
